Premium 5 days turnaround repair service for Broadcast & Pro AV products

Online Repair Service Order:

Online repair order can be made of your registered units. We will provide a courier service to pick up your unit. We can also arrange packaging if you need.

5 working day turnaround repair service:

We aim to collect the unit within one day of the repair order being issued (plus one more day if packaging is required). We aim to have the unit returned to you within five working days from the collection date.

Online tracking:

You can track the repair status online in your account website options.

Loan unit:

If the repair is not able to be completed by the expected date, we offer a free loan unit. This loan unit will be release to you until the repair of your own unit is completed and returned to you.

Call Center:

A dedicated native speakers call center, located in Panasonic European CS Repair Center, will solve your doubts.

The service aims to support customers travelling throughout the world with Panasonic professional equipment.

PASS - Provideo Asset Support System

PASS is the exclusive member’s service program and website that provides support to owners of Panasonic professional video equipment.

Worldwide Support - Global Service Network

The purpose of Panasonic Worldwide Broadcast Service Network is to support the customers using Panasonic professional equipment, touring over the world. When the repair service is required, customers are requested to telephone first and then bring the equipment to the service center.

Customers are requested to be prepared to pay the repair cost at the local service center when the repair is completed. PAL and NTSC are supported at the service centers (check link above). Please accept that the service action taken depends on the capability of each service center in case the TV standard is different from the local one (refer to “Capability” on the list). Please kindly accept that back-up unit may not be able to hire while unit is under repair.

PASS - Provideo Asset Support System

PROVIDEO ASSET SUPPORT SYSTEM (PASS) is a website that provides comprehensive support for all Panasonic professional video equipment owners and people who are interested in those products.
Various services such as downloads, sending inquiry, document library etc. are always opened at PASS, and some exclusive services are also made available for free upon profile/product registration.

Access to PASS is obtained after registration in this European website with same ID (e-mail) and password.

Panasonic offers an additional 2 years warranty extension. Up to 4 years for professional cameras or 5 years for professional projectors and displays, 2 years extension included.
